• Water proofing chemical use in mortar up to Plinth Level

DETAILS OF SHUTTERING WORKS:
• Shuttering with Ply will be used up to Plinth Level

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Total time of construction will be within 6 to 8 Months.
• All the documentation of works will be handled by Contractor.
• In case of any penalty, will be borne by the Contractor.
• In case of cancellation of Agreement from client side, advance payment will be forfeit.
• Electricity and Maintenance Bill during the construction will be borne by the client.
• In case of any price hike in raw material up to 5% will be borne by Contractor and more than 5% will be borne by Owner of the plot. If any price reduction in raw material more than 5%, benefit will be given to Owner of the plot.
• Key of the Villa will be handed over to Owner after finalization of construction within the agreed period.
• Mode of payment for all construction work from start to end will be as follows:-
